Power Mamas is sequenced for pre- and postnatal women who want a well-earned sweat, with modifications for baby bumps. It’s a balance between Pre/Postnatal and Power Yoga and is not practiced in the heat. Any students are welcome!
As a rule of thumb, it is not recommended to start anything new during your pregnancy. Please visit with your doctor prior to taking your first yoga class.
