Learn how to stay grounded even as you turn it all upside down. This workshop is designed to help you develop confidence, curiosity and skill in your inversions.

We’ll look closer at some familiar poses and use playful exercises and props to build balance and stability before your feet even leave the ground. Explore ways to maintain balance and integration in¬†handstand, forearm stand and headstand and get some tips on taking your inversions further by moving it away from the wall.
