Who can take hot power yoga?
Every BODY is welcome, whether you’re tight or flexible. This practice is for anyone with an open mind and desire to learn.
What are the benefits?
Relieve stress. Calm the mind.
Create a balance of strength and flexibility through the power of awareness. Learn how to breathe.
Lower blood pressure and heart rate. Detoxify the body. Sleep better. Have FUN. We could go on…
How hot does the studio get?
The studio hovers at 90 degrees with varying levels of humidity. Yes, you will sweat.
Should I bring my own mat?
Nope! Mats and towels are always on us. Non-slip mat towels are available to rent.
What should I wear?
We recommend moisture-wicking fabrics so you can move with ease.
Are there lockers?
Yep! The changing rooms are equipped with lockers that have built-in locks. No need to bring your own.
What about hydration?
Stay hydrated throughout the day and take water breaks during class as needed. Everyone’s needs are different, so be mindful and make sure you’re not running on empty. There are faucets at the studio where you can fill up your water, and we sell it as well. Coconut water is also available for purchase and is great for maintaining your electrolytes.
Are there showers?
We sadly don’t have showers (we wish we did!), but we offer cold lavender and eucalyptus towels after class to cool you down and help you freshen up.
Can I practice if I'm pregnant?
You can! You’re welcome to take any class, but please consult with your doctor before practicing and listen to what feels best for your body.
Can I signup online?
Yep! You can book online or through the MINDBODY mobile app.
What if I'm late?
Our policies vary depending on the class. Here’s what you should know:
Full classes start on time. If you’re not here at the start of class, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.
All classes that start before 8 AM start on time. The door is locked at the beginning of class so please be on time.
For all other classes, there is a five minute grace window, but please make sure you’re dressed and ready to practice when you arrive.
We strongly encourage arriving on time as it ensures the best practice for you, your fellow students, and your teacher. If you’re running late, please inform the studio.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We try to be as lenient as possible, but cannot make exceptions when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Please make sure to familiarize with the policies below:
Make sure to cancel at least five hours before class time. If you do not cancel five hours in advance, you will lose the class.
Signing up for a workshop is like buying concert tickets. There are no refunds or exchanges (unless Tangerine cancels the workshop), so please be certain you will be able to attend before purchasing.
We require a 24 hour cancellation for in-class private or private yoga sessions. Refunds will not be issued if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance.
Can I freeze my unlimited membership?
You cannot freeze your membership, but you can cancel. For cancellations, we require a minimum of two weeks written notice.
Do you offer exchange programs?
We do not have exchange programs, but we’re always looking for talented front desk staff. If you’re interested in becoming part of the team, email [email protected]
. Front desk staff is paid hourly.
Do you have student discounts?
We do! Pricing for students is as follows:
Drop-ins are 20% off ($20)
Monthly unlimited packages are 10% off ($175)

5 pack - 3 months
10 pack - 6 months
20 pack - 9 months
Do you offer private yoga?

Can I bring my kids to the studio while I practice?
We would love to meet your children, but we cannot be responsible for them while you practice. Please pre-arrange childcare for when you come to the studio.
Is there anywhere to put my bike?
Bikes cannot be brought into the studio, but there are several places to lock them outside. We are not responsible for anything that happens outside the studio, and where you lock your bike is your own choice, and at your own risk.
