This workshop, led by the amazing Jennifer Rose, will focus on specific essential oils with ultra-soothing and mood-enhancing properties, such as lavender, chamomile, and citrus oils. Experience firsthand how oils can improve our physical and emotional states. Each yogi will leave class with a mood-enhancing body oil to use in their own practice.
